What is EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a simple process that enables you to release stuck or blocked energy from your meridian system. Releasing this energy and unblocking your pathways is not new. In fact, the Chinese have been doing this for thousands of years with the use of Acupuncture.

It is sometimes referred to as Acupressure as you use your fingers to stimulate meridian points, where as Acupuncture uses needles to stimulate the same points. See Jessica Ortner talking about EFT.

EFT is a reasonably new modality, being that it has only been developed over the last 20 years. EFT was first introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being.

The method is continually being refined and enhanced as more and more individuals find their way into the profession. It is not suggested that the basic formula will ever change, but the words used in the setup and sequence process of EFT are always being scrutinized, as more of us in the profession help more and more individuals overcome and release life long unwanted restricting emotions.

EFT has the ability to help individuals in a wide variety of circumstances, far more wide reaching then you might realize. Over the decades that EFT has become main stream it has become obvious that EFT is helping millions worldwide, which is backed up by the numbers of studies.
